[CCW IN ACTION] Man Brings His Knife To A Gun Fight And Gets Shot In The Groin

All I have to say is; Ouch!

A man in Philly started to pick a fight with another man in a parking lot just after 5:30pm outside of a grocery store. The aggressor apparently walked up to the other and began arguing with him for no reason. The aggressor then pulled out a 13-inch knife and began to threaten the other man, saying he will ‘cut’ him.

The older man, our ‘victim’, warned the aggressor numerous times to drop his knife, but the aggressor continued toward him. That’s when our armed citizen drew his Glock 9mm and fired a single shot, hitting the man in the groin.

Talk about learning a lesson the hard way.

Both men hung around until police arrived, and the now-less-than-a-man man was taken to the hospital to look after his parts. He is expected to be charged.

The other man, however, was in possession of a valid concealed carry permit and is not expected to face any charges as he acted in self defense.

With Philadelphia being a tough location to get your permit, we’re happy that this man was able to take the steps to protect himself efficiently. Had he not been able to, he could have had a 13-inch knife thrust into him.

I bet he’s happy that he shot the guy in the groin instead.
