Here is your ‘must watch’ video of the day. Retired Maryland state police officer Captain Jack McCauley speaking in the Maryland Senate for CCW reform, and what he says may (or may not) come as a shock to you.

In a nutshell, McCauley worried about people carrying guns, and even thought many pro-2A groups were filled with a bunch of wack jobs. However when he did some research to better the permitting process, he quickly realized that he was wrong all along.
