Video, reportedly out of Israel, shows a man with a rifle seemingly firing at anyone who happens to be in the area. The person who was shot as they drove their vehicle doesn’t seem to have survived, and it is unclear how many others were wounded or killed.
One oof the main points thst I take away from videos like this; the person recording the video, had they been armed, was in an excellent position to take this guy out.
Guns in the hands of good guys can’t stop everything, but it sure can’t hurt.
