Australian Store Owner Uses Homemade Flamethrower Against Armed Robbers

Published

In self-defense, you use what you have available to you. In Australia, that means no guns for law-abiding citizens. BUT if you find yourself up against criminals with guns, well, then you need to get creative if you’re going to fight back.

This shop owner thought ahead and had a little setup ready for a robbery, and he was quick to get things going. Using a lighter and a can of bug spray, the owner quickly began throwing flames towards the armed bad guys, but it didn’t do a whole lot as they saw through his makeshift rig and stuck around to go through with the robbery.

As the armed robbers came around the counter, the shop owner hopped the counter and ran for it, which is exactly what he should have done.

Remember: If you allow your government to take your guns, the only people with guns will be the criminals.
