New Jersey To Go Shall Issue In Wake Of Supreme Court Ruling On Concealed Carry

Big moves are happening across the Country in the wake of the Supreme Court ruling on a case in New York that fought the “proper cause” requirement for obtaining a concealed carry permit. This ruling is having immediate ripple effects, which first brought us the Attorney General of California on to say that they’ll be implementing changes immediately.

Now, New Jersey is up next, who basically stated that they have an immediate need to change their current rules on the topic by removing their current policy which requires “a demonstration of justifiable need in order to carry a firearm.”
