HIGHLAND PARK, ILLINOIS — Police are searching for a suspect who is wanted in a mass shooting today during the Highland Park Fourth of July parade Monday.

The suspect fired from a rooftop, killing 6 people and injuring at least 24 others.

Video from the scene shows people running in what appears to be moments after the first shots were fired.
