Man Drives Through Crowd In PA, Killing 1 And Injuring 17, Then Goes On To Kill Woman At Different Location

COLUMBIA COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA — A 24-year-old is accused of driving through a crowd of people who were gathered for a fundraising event, killing 1 and injuring 17 others. The suspect then drive to a nearby location and assaulted a woman which resulted in her death.

The incident happened around 6:15pm Saturday night.

The crowd was participating in a fundraiser for 10 people who tragically died last week in a house fire. The cause of that fire is still under investigation.

The suspect was arrested and charged with two counts of Criminal Homicide.

It is not known if the suspect had any connection to either the fundraising event or the woman that he killed after plowing through the crowd.
